Ready-Set-Start is a retail company who sells back-to-school supplies online to parents based on lists created by teachers and schools. By using it’s site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies.
At Ready-Set-Start, we strive for excellent Customer Service. We want our customers to have a good experience and return for years to come. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your experience or your order, please contact us so that we may resolve any issues.
We reserve the right to change the Shipping & Return Policy or to impose new conditions, in which case we will post the revised Shipping & Return Policy on this website and update the “Last Updated” date to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use the site after we post any such changes, you accept the Return Policy, as modified.
There is an $8.95 flat shipping fee on all orders. Customers are expected to receive their orders within 2-5 business days. Shipments can only be delivered to a physical address. Customers cannot use a PO Box as a delivery address.
We are confident that all orders are received on time and packaged accurately. Although, if you have questions about your order, please direct them to:

All merchandise return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Do not write directly on the product. Product must be in resalable condition or we may not be able to accept the return.
All credit card refunds will be applied directly to the credit card charged at the time of purchase. Please keep in mind the complete process takes approximately two weeks.
Wrong or Missing Product:
Our distribution centers have a 99.3% accuracy rate. Unfortunately, there are times when a wrong pull of an item occurs or a product may be missing. If this happens, call customer service and let us know of the discrepancy. All errors need to be reported within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
Due to the quick turn around time in which orders are processed we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order. Most orders are received the next business day. Although, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can see what we can do.
